4、 Air conditioning system design scheme

(1) Indoor and outdoor design conditions

1. Outdoor design conditions

Summer outdoor air conditioning design with a dry bulb temperature of 35 ℃

Summer outdoor air conditioning design wet bulb temperature 28.2 ℃

The average relative humidity in the hottest month of summer is 80%

The average outdoor wind speed in summer is 2.3 m/s

Design dry bulb temperature for outdoor air conditioning in winter -5 ℃

Winter air conditioning relative humidity 77%

The average outdoor wind speed in winter is 2.4 m/s

2. Design conditions for indoor temperature, humidity, and cleanliness

Indoor temperature in summer: 20 ± 2 ℃; Relative humidity: 50 ± 10%;

(1) Overview

In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the constant temperature and humidity system throughout the year, a highly reliable and high-performance constant temperature and humidity monitoring system needs to be installed. While ensuring that the temperature and humidity parameters of each laboratory meet the requirements of the commissioning letter (temperature 20 ± 2 ℃, humidity 50 ± 5% RH), energy and operating costs can be saved.
