2、 Box structure:
The outer box is made of A3 steel plate sprayed with plastic or imported stainless steel material, while the inner box is made of highly corrosion-resistant plastic material or high-grade mirror stainless steel, which can effectively resist corrosion for up to ten years;
The water circulation device adopts a portable water storage tank, which can meet the long-term salt spray corrosion test;
The experimental chamber door is equipped with a large visible window, and the insulation material is made of polyurethane rigid foam;
The system control operation buttons and other components are installed in prominent and easy to maintain positions, and the door handle is a container opening door lock for the convenience of test personnel to open the door;
The tower spray system is equipped with a salt liquid filtration system, without a crystallization nozzle, the salt spray is evenly distributed, and the sedimentation is freely adjusted.
3、 Test details: (Composite salt spray test)
1. Neutral test
Laboratory: 35 ℃± 2 ℃ Saturated air tank: 47 ℃± 2 ℃
2. Acid test
Laboratory: 50 ℃± 2 ℃ Saturated air tank: 63 ℃± 2 ℃
3. Moisture test
Laboratory: 40 ℃± 2 ℃, relative humidity 90%~95% R.H (equipment can meet the set temperature up to 60 ℃, relative humidity up to 98% R.H)
Heating is achieved through an inner tank style heating and humidification method, which heats up quickly and distributes temperature and humidity evenly
Saturated air tank adopts automatic water replenishing. After continuous spray for about 20 hours, water replenishing will begin. After 1-2 minutes, water replenishing will end and spray will continue
4. Drying test
Drying treatment is carried out using a blower fan, and the specimen is dried for 24 hours under standard atmospheric conditions of temperature (15 ℃~35 ℃) and relative humidity not exceeding 50%
4、 Control system:
Equipped with a Korean imported ternary temperature and humidity touch screen and a 7-inch high-definition true color LCD touch screen, the controller operation interface is available in both Chinese and English, and the real-time operation curve can be displayed on the screen. It has a capacity of 1000 program segments, each segment can cycle 999 steps, and the maximum time setting for each segment is 99 hours and 59 minutes, with 10 sets of program linking functions;
The controller panel comes standard with a 10M/100M Ethernet interface, which automatically obtains IP addresses for remote control. It supports real-time monitoring, historical curve playback, program editing, FTP upload and download, historical fault viewing, remote setting/program control, and other functions.
