Introduction to Hot vacuum test chamber:
Thermal vacuum test refers to the testing of various properties and functions of spacecraft and its components under vacuum and certain temperature conditions, consisting of cold immersion, hot immersion, and temperature change processes. The environmental conditions are a vacuum degree better than 6.5 × 10-3Pa; Having a cold black background and a hemispherical normal emissivity greater than 0.90. During simulation experiments, the specimens are often in working condition and their working parameters and environmental parameters are measured. Cold immersion is the process of keeping spacecraft and its components at a specified minimum test temperature and for a specified period of time; Hot dip is to keep it at the specified maximum test temperature and stay for a specified time. Starting from room temperature, the temperature is lowered to the specified minimum test temperature, followed by cold soaking and then rising to the specified maximum test temperature, followed by hot soaking, and finally returning to room temperature, forming a temperature cycle.
